Mental Health First Aid is for anyone who wants to make our community healthier, safer and more compassionate. It teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. And, it gives you the skills to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem, or experiencing a crisis. This free training is provided Kitsap Mental Health.
