Meet at Kitsap County Central Kitsap Wastewater Treatment Plant for an educational tour! The treatment plant serves the cities of Silverdale, Keyport, and Poulsbo, the Central Kitsap area, the Naval Submarine Base Bangor, and the Naval Undersea Warfare Engineering Station at Keyport. An average of over 3 million gallons of wastewater is treated here each day!
