The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) teaches people how to take care of themselves during emergencies. Topics include:

  • Training people how to take care of themselves during emergencies.
  • Training people how to assist their Kitsap County neighbors during emergencies
  • Learning about projects that improve the community’s preparedness and safety
  • Learning how to be a resource and volunteer pool during major emergencies

Thursday, May 21st: 6:30-8:30, Poulsbo branch of KRL

Saturday, May 23rd, 8am - 5pm, location to be determined

Thursday, May 28th, 6:30-8:30, Poulsbo branch of KRL

Thursday, June 4, 6:30-8:30, Poulsbo branch of KRL

Saturday, May 30th, time to be decided, Department of Emergency Management, training with live fire

Saturday, June 6th, time to be decided, Department of Emergency Management, training with live fire
